8-10 stalks of Kale (de-stemmed)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil (generous amounts)
4 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
4 Tbsp Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
3 Tbsp Chia Seeds
10 sliced grape tomatoes
After you de-stem the kale, place in a large bowl and massage 1.5-2 tsp sea salt and 2 Tbsp of olive oil with the kale. Combine apple cider vinegar, salt, another 2 Tbsp of olive oil and nutritional yeast and add to kale. Toss the chia seeds and grape tomatoes with the salad and enjoy!
