-1.5 hr Intake appointment including metabolic review, health and diet history, current dietary analysis, previous test review, lab test recommendations, personalized diet plan and supplement recommendations

-9 hours of follow up appointments, in 30-60 minute increments over a 6 month period (appointments will be held weekly for the first 4 weeks and then biweekly for the remainder months).

-10% off all supplement recommendations**

-10% off cost of all additional functional medicine tests**
