3 Kale leaves (de-stemmed)
1 Carrot
2-3 Beet slices
1/2cup Coconut or Hemp milk
1/2 Banana
3/4 cup Berries
3/4 cup Water
2 Tbsp Coconut oil


Combine all ingredients into a high powered blend (Vita Mix) and enjoy!

Green smoothies are so versatile.  This recipe happens to be my favorite one.  But if you’d like to get creative, I encourage you to do so.  Choose 1 cup of greens (any kind will do), 1/-2 cup other vegetables, 3/4-1 cup fruit, 1/2 cup nut milk or yogurt, 2 Tbsp fat (coconut oil or nut/seed butters).
