Chocolate Almond Butter Bar/Cups

cocoaThis recipe is simply delicious!  I have to give credit to a yoga friend for it.  Try it….you won’t regret it!

Ingredients

1/2 cup Coconut oil
2/3 cup Raw cocoa powder
1/4 tsp Sea salt
5 Tbsp Maple syrup
1/3 cup Shredded coconut

 

Mix above ingredients together on stove top on low.  Blend until it looks like a “hot fudge-like” mixture.

Freeze 1/2 mixture on oiled pan.  Spread almond butter. Spread other half, freeze again.  If you have a mini-muffin pan, you can make little “Reece’s PB-like cups”.
